for Exercising the Right to Request ブックメーカー違法 of Preferred Stock

 

 

TOKYO, January 27, 2010 --- Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (SMFG, President: Teisuke Kitayama) hereby announces that the price for exercising the right to request ブックメーカー違法 (the “ブックメーカー違法 Price”) and the floor price for exercising the right to request ブックメーカー違法 (the “Floor ブックメーカー違法 Price”) with respect to its First to Fourth and Ninth to Twelfth Series Type 4 Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Stock”) will be adjusted as set out below in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Preferred Stock.
