of ブックメーカー違法 Preferred Securities
TOKYO, April
28, 2009 --- Sumitomo Mitsui
Financial Group, Inc. (SMFG) hereby announces that SMFG and Sumitomo Mitsui
Banking Corporation (SMBC) have resolved at their respective board of directors
to authorize the redemption in full of all series of the preferred ブックメーカー違法
issued by SB Equity ブックメーカー違法 (Cayman), Limited, which is a subsidiary of both SMFG
and SMBC, as stated below.
