Tokyo, February 28, 2006 --- ブックメーカーサッカー, Inc. (President: Teisuke Kitayama) hereby announces that the conversion price and conversion floor price with respect to Type 1 Preferred Stock, Type 2 Preferred Stock, Type 3 Preferred Stock and First to Twelfth Series Type 4 Preferred Stock, respectively, will be adjusted as set out below in accordance with the terms and conditions of each of the preferred stocks.
